At Boot & Ball, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your inspection and refund.
